Environment issue, stop cutting trees

A community where around 200+ trees are being cut/uprooted by giving reason of health risks. GHMC came and surveyed. However, I am concerned that GHMC/Forest department is being manipulated to get approval to cut these trees. I need to understand the law around this and what steps I can take if GHMC/Forest gives permission to cut these trees.

they have no right to cut the trees Hyderabad Municipal has no right to give permission to cut the trees this case has to be filed in the green tribunals Chennai and case will be here by online if an opportunity given to me I will file in the green tribunals and get started

hi if the cutting of trees is getting affected for a large group of people and if the cutting of trees is being done without any proper reason and excuse then you could file public interest litigation to protect environment
