Enrollment in State Bar Council

I did regular LLB while working.from.home after college hours in a Multi National Company as a full.time employee. I have resigned from.my job and currently serving notice period till mid Oct 2023. Do i.need to.wait.for.completion of.my notice period before.enrollment in Bar council or should I go ahead? Do I need to show my employment while.doing LLB in gap affidavit to be submitted for enrollment in State Bar Council.

at the time of your enrollment you must be gainfully employed in either a business or job
tho you have resigned and are serving notice period till mid October you would still be on the rolls of the company till your employment terminates.
