month ago I created an Instagram account with a username slightly similar to a friend’s. I did not use his photo, personal details, or content, and I did not post or send any messages. Later, I change username and all account details, and it no longer resembles his profilehe stated in a class group that he would file a complaint against whoever created a fake Insta id:If he files a complaint,can I face legal trouble?Should I delete the Insta acc to avoid future issues?for peacefull sol what i do

no need to worry nothing will happen if you have changed and as you stated that you never used his credentials so need not worry puls you also changed it. and now you are using your credentials. plus chances are low that he will be filing any complaint if haven't carried out any defaming or illegal acts.
