Enchroaced public road in front of my plot. Gram panchayath issued not

Inspited repeated notices by gram panchayath secretary to remove the enchroachment , no positve step from enchroacher. What action to be taken to domolish enchroachment ?
hi if the gram panchayat is not taking any action in demolishing the building then you could file writ petition in high court to take action against authorities to take steps to demolish the illegal construction
