Eligibility for upsc selection due to minor complaint .

I am veterinary officer in amul dairy. We provide door to door health service to consumers. before 2 year ago I had a small dispute with one and I gave written complaint. Then immediately after 4 hours it was settled between two party by local police . It affects upsc selection.

Get the complaint quashed. Describe the complaint. is it converted to FIR ( first information report) ? is other side ready to compound the complaint ? is any chargesheet filed ? is the offence registered as criminal case ?
