Eligibility for OBC Certificate in Andhra Pradesh for Non-resident

My parents migrated from Andhra Pradesh to Gujarat. I have born and brought up in Gujarat. My caste is listed under OBC in Andhra Pradesh. The only document I have in Andhra Pradesh is a ration card. Can I get an OBC certificate in Andhra Pradesh?nnThanks in advance

You need to contact someone having fair idea of Andhra Pradesh State's procedures. It's unfortunate that you're living in a different state and not in your native place.
