Electric Poles and Transformer Illegally installed on access way

Mr. Ramesh Kumar of Nalvi has illegally shifted electric poles and a transformer onto the access path of my agricultural tubewell, blocking my only route. This violates UHBVN norms as no consent was taken, and the land isn't his. Due to a family medical emergency, we couldn’t stop the act. Despite complaints to XEN, SDO, and JE, no action has been taken. Political pressure is aiding the illegality, causing me severe agricultural loss.

In this case, you will need to issue a legal notice to UHBVN as well as to the Deputy Commissioner regarding the matter. If no response is received within the stipulated time, we will proceed to file a suit against UHBVN, and Mr. Ramesh Kumar will also be impleaded as a party to the proceedings.
