Elaborate Section 2(f) and 2(i) of the RTI Act 2005 with case law.

In response to my application under the RTI Act, the response received concerning Section 2(f) and 2(i) and all information hid with providing the above reference. Please elaborate on section 2(f) / 2(i) to understand the correct meaning of hiding the information under the above-mentioned section of the RTI Act 2005.
Although your question is not clear, yet let me try. Sec 2(f) deals with the question on what constitutes the term Information whereas Sec 2(i ) deals with the meaning of the term 'Record' as per the RTI act and none directly deals with the meaning of hiding info.
