Edit terms of an undertaking and upload

Can I edit/ delete some terms of my college undertaking form and upload it? Is it legal? Can they take some actions against me?

you can edit or delete the undertaking form if your college provided you guidlines to do the same than u would be allow to access undertaking delete or edit but if you go out of the guidline or break the rule college may take legal action against you
