DSSSB STATISTICAL ASSISTANT POST QUALIFIED

I qualified DSSSB STATISTICAL ASSISTANT POST as on 08/008/2024 and called for DV now they rejected me saying that my OBC Certificate can be valid for MCD, Delhi police and everything since it's from revenue department but since it contains bihar obc word it in same will not be valid in DSSSB now I have been allotted only 15 days to do issue new certificate but that must be issued before cut off date that is before 2023 I am stuck after trying so hard i cleared this exam and now this please help

you need to file a petition before hon'le high court of Delhi immediately praying for stay order against the submission of new cast certificate and the publication of cut off list or your seat should be kept reserved unless or until you submit your cast certificate.
