Domicile Certificate Issue of two states different rule

For domicile of up, person should reside in up for 3 years Since five years I am living in Madhya Pradesh, so I cant get up domicile, and when we apply for MP domicile their rule say person should reside in Mp for 10 year + property in MP. I have property in MP but present in MP since 5 years only so I neither have domicile of UP nor MP My son has to apply for state MBBS counseling for which I need domicile where document are thoroughly checked and verified so what can I do (dont want any risk)

People also ask What are the criteria for domicile in MP? Permanent resident of the Madhya Prades state can only apply for residence certificate. If a woman does not originally belonging to a Madhya Pradesh, but married to man who is a permanent resident of the Madhya Prades, then she will be eligible to apply for residence certificate.
