Domestic violence done by the police and unnecessary calling

Do police have any right to call anyone unnecessary some times during mid night and some times calling and beating without any complaint some times the police beats me in my ankle sole so that no body can get to know that the police has beaten me what action should be taken against police??

we crave to acknowledge you that as per the law police have no authority to arrest anyone in midnight without permission of Judicial Magistrate if the things happened with you then you have right to lodge a complaint against the police officer to the senior police officer and you have also right to lodge a complain case against the police officer 8n court prior to that check the evidence against him or them .
