Domestic Violence case dismissal

For a DV case for Hindu marriage, running in the trial court, under which section , can an appeal be put in the trial/session/HC for dismissal of the case, since the allegations are vague and the case does not have merits.
on the above-mentioned query please proceed with the petition under section 482 criminal procedure code. in this section the hon'ble high court has inherent powers for quashing of FIR, ANY LITIGATION OR CASE PROCEEDINGS.
