Does warden of the hostel has the right to enter rooms anytime

I live in a hostel and where the rule is that warden can check my room anytime. With regards to latest right to privacy, can I stop my warden from checking my room without a warrant

As per the latest judgement of supreme court right to privacy is fundamental right . Therefore no one can check your room . But as far as your concern about your warden that whether she can check your room or not ? My answer is that if she has reasonable reason to check she can check the rooms. Your safety is her responsibility.
