Does Forest settlement officer has power to ignore high court order??

Hi Madam/Sir ,Kindly find my previous query , I am much in need with this information, Could you please answer and do the need.

No State authorities or national authorities can go against the order of the high court. If the office comes under the territorial jurisdiction of the high court then he has to abide by the orders of the high court. But in case he isn't then he may not.

No high court order is binding on all the lover courts and all the officers in charge so the forest officer can not just over looked at honorable High Court order my suggestion is to you dear that you can go ahead with the order can file cntempt of court case against that forest officer
