DOB Correction case is pending and can I apply for job

19-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
My LPA case for correction of dob(date of birth) in 10th marksheet(CBSE) is pending in high court. I have just completed my graduation. I will apply for various private sector jobs in MNCs and startups companies. For now on, I have to register dob to company as per 10th marksheet because in company we have to show 10th marksheet. If in future, High court orders CBSE to correct dob in my 10th marksheet as per birth certificate, then will company correct my dob in their records or this doesn't matter to companies? And what if I will apply for govt. jobs? Please help

You can submit your correct Date of Birth along with court filed case details, and tell them it will get ratified after court interference , so this is your correct date of Birth. If company ask to fill as per certificate than go as per their rule.

If you want to change the date of your birth on your certificate of class 10, you will need to write to the municipal officer and explain that the birth certificate you received was not valid at the time you were born because you were born in a remote location.
