Sir i got married on 9th ofmarch 2018 in india legally and then i went to mauritius as my husband was mauritian.ow after 6months because of my health issue he want to leave me and filed a divorce petition with including fake alligations so what should i do as he left me here alone and went back.within the days he was with me in india he didnt said anything nd went back nd file a divorce petition so sir plz help me out what should i do

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband has filed for divorce within the period of 9 months itself, since you have been married in India it is not possible to file within a year and if it is filed then it must be on the grounds of nullity for which you can defend the same
