Disproportionate assets acb case

There has been disproportionate assets open inquiry going on against me if the acb finds some of my immovable property illegal cab they seal all my property or only those which are doubtful to them and how can i get them back through court
Well, you have to prove yourself innocent against the trial which the prosecution will start against you in Courts under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Money Laundering Acts or FEMA. Meanwhile, your assets will be attached by ACB or ED if you will not be able to justify the source of your income from which you have made the assets/how come you have become the owner of such assets. In fact, they have the rights to check your Call Recordings, WhatsApp, Facebook, Your Internet History, to investigate inside your Home, at Business place, to interrogate your friends, family, colleagues, etc.
You can get back your assets from court once you will prove yourself as Innocent that you have not indulged in gaining illegitimate gains, bribery, illegal commission in any form, partialism for money/drugs/girls/other things which can lure any human to indulge in corruption.
