Dismiss order related to government job

I m working in MECB , in 2002 i stuck in anti corruption case and later in 2012 i was found guilty by district court,and after that i m going to High court nagpur and now in 2024 i was found not guilty in that case . Now i want my job return what can i do now.. can you suggest me

Well, you can reapply to the court on the basis of the court finding you non guilty. If your Employer won't resolve your issue of your Employment, then you can approach Court again within a prescribed limitation period as mentioned in the Limitation Act, 1963.
