Difference between noc and intimation in govt job

22-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
My name is Sonu, I has serving in the Central Government, now I have taken retirement. During the service, I wrote an application to the department to study LLB. But no answer was given to him. I took admission in LLB and after one year gave its intimation to the department. The department also gave its receipt. Now I want to enroll in bar council. It is written in that form that permission letter has to be brought from the department. Is my intimation letter not enough for this?

the intimation letter is not enough because intimation letter is just an information letter. Permission letter is required because then only bar council will understand that you were allowed by the department to do that. kindly get your permission letter so that it may be submitted to the bar council for your proper enrolment. In the end I wish you all the best and welcome to the legal fraternity
