DID NOT RECEIVE IDENTITY CARD ISSUED BY BAR COUNCIL OF Uttar Pradesh

I did apply for UP bar coucil registration in dec 2017. I received the registration form with the regustration number on the postal address. But havnt received the identity card. Can you please help me with the approach so that I can get my identity card issued by Bar Coucil of UP. Thank you.
Dear sir,
contact to U.P. bar council office at Allahabad . Because some times due to luck of postal department, the documents returned back in office. hence visit the office or contact some local counsel at Allahabad.
