DELAY IN ISSUING TRANSFER CERTIFICATE BY COLLEGE

MY SON APPLIED FOR TRANSFER CERTIFICATE IN HIS COLLEGE WITH RS 100/- AS FEES. 20 DAYS PASSED THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED IT AND ASKING FOR MORE TIME. HERE NEW COLLEGE IS PRESURRING FOR THE SAME. HE GOT NOC FROM HIS OLD COLLEGE . NOW WHAT TO DOTO GET TC FAST ?
You could file application copy which you applied for the withdrawal of the tc to your new college and make application to the new college that kindly provide me with the Tim if not so go to the shikshan adhikari for quick relief
