i) What is the legal action for a person filed wrongful statement to a Government officer. ii) what is the legal action on a government servant not obeying a senior officer written orders. iii) what is the punishment for applicant on appling a false death certificate from a government authority . iv) Knowingly not forwarding letter as per order issued by a superior officer. v) what the punishment for authority for issuing a Death Certificate without meeting all criteria e.g. Id etc.
