यदि वास्तव में विवाह संपन्न नहीं हुआ था और लड़की तथा उसके परिवार ने मिलकर लड़के को डरा-धमकाकर एवं फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर 20 फरवरी, 2024 को The Uttarakhand Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act, 2010 के अंतर्गत विवाह पंजीकरण करा लिया है, तो ऐसे पंजीकरण को निरस्त कराने की क्या कानूनी प्रक्रिया है? लड़की ने शपथपत्र में यह घोषित किया है कि उसकी कभी शादी नहीं हुई वह अविवाहित है, जबकि लड़की ने पूर्व में एक अन्य व्यक्ति से तलाक लिया था। तलाक संबंधी न्यायालय के आदेश की प्रमाणित प्रति भी उपलब्ध है

Q: Property Access Path and Easement Rights Matter

have been residing in my house for the past 26 years and have been using an access path through adjoining land openly, peacefully, and continuously as my primary access. The adjoining land was later divided between Owner A and Owner B. The path lies on B’s portion. Owner B never objected to my use of the path for 26 years. I now apprehend that B may construct or sell the land and block the path. I seek protection of my easementary right under Section 15 of the Indian Easements Act.

Looking at your case it seems that once you talk to your neighbor about this matter, if things do not work out then you will have to file a civil suit in the court where you will definitely get benefits

Q: advice for legal protection due to some toxic people can threaten me

dear sir or mam i am 18+yo boy in so much of a big mess here living in my own home. the problem is i suffer silently being an atheist in a overly religious family (islam) and moreover my father and everyone is so toxic and controlling they give threats if the work is not done by their preference and i literally feel so fed up now. i even tried to go for a job but my father threatened me because he thinks it will be shameful for him and the job is everything i can do now to get freedom.pls help

सबसे पहले तो आप शांत हो जाएँ, आपकी परेशानी आपके हिसाब से वाजिब है लेकिन आपके पिता हो सकता है आपके लिए सकारात्मक सोच रखते हुए आपको ऐसे करने के लिए बोल रहे हो, कोई नहीं आप सब बातों को छोड़कर सबसे पहले अपने घरवालों से इस संबंध मे विचार विमर्श करें, मुझे उम्मीद है कोई ना कोई हल आपकी समस्या का जरूर निकलेगा। रही आपकी आजादी की बात तो आपकी बात समझकर हो सकता है घरवाले ही कोई सही रास्ता निकाल दें। कोई गलत कदम मत उठाना दोस्त परिवार से ज्यादा सुकून और आजादी कंही नहीं मिलेगी।
