Defaulters using amenties in villa community

ours is 15 yr old, 100+ villas. Builder did not form association, so after 4yr of fight some owners formed association and registered. Past 6 yr one owner gave his villa for commercial purpose and supporting staff usage of amenties with out paying maintenance by saying that he got right from builder and he don't care association. he kept a SC girl as manager for that property and every time she is fight, threatens sc case on committee people with worst language and creates issue for neighbour

File a case in the police station as a SC girl harassing the association people and neighbours and get the proof and meet inspection and go to the Police station along with the advocate, so he will help you and you get the justice for you people...
