Daughter in law not sharing pension amount to dependent parents

My relative lost his only son in an accident. He was in railways. His wife is getting his pension. Both the parents are above 75 years old. They were completely dependent on their son. They have no other source of income. Can they get a part of son’s pension. They have a daughter also who is married.

Hi, i have gone through the details provided by you, yes absolutely the parents have a claim over the pension amount for their livelihood and media care, you need to file a petition before the court and seek such order of maintenance
