Date of birth and 10th marksheet

I have two questions
1. Can the date of birth be changed in the UP Board 10th marksheet after four years of passing out?
2. I have to do my 10th from NIOS board in 2025 but I have done my 12th from UP board in 2023 so will there be any problem in this or not.
