Data stealing allegation for taking number from whatsapp group

I use broadband internet of a company. They added me to a whatsapp group with 105 other people in it where only admin can send message. From 1 week internet connection was lost and their contact was off. So I made another group of all user except admin from contact of previous group to discuss internet related issue.nThey are now filing a data stealing case against me.nPlease help how I can I deal with it and what worst can happen to me.nThank you.
Fear nothing, if you have not done anything wrong. Currently there are no charges for using any information available with the consent of the person who has published it without IPR of the same. So called Admin has no legal right to take legal action against such group members. At the most, harassment case may be filed by police, under pressure of higher authorities. If that happens, hire an Advocate for defending such charges before it gets serious. From the limited information about such alleged incidents, it is not possible to share any legal advice on this, but speaking from experience, such baseless allegations do not trouble those, who hasn't done anything wrong. Asked and answered. I categorically remember such question with the same facts being asked earlier and the same was answered by me in detail. Please refer to the said advice from the earlier response. You may not be willing to pay an actual Advocate who is practising in the field of litigation, but at least ask questions about other issues, not the same repeated ones. Hire an actual Advocate.
