if she yor are not appearing in court hearing then court will do ex parte the respondent but for proceed the case in your favour you or your sister should appear in the court for fair decision. So if you file your reply in court therefore court can reach at fair decision otherwise court will decide on the basis of revision filed by petitioner

In legal terms, “ex parte” means a proceeding brought by one party in the absence of the other party. When a person is marked as “ex parte” in a case, it typically means that they have not attended the proceedings, and the court may proceed without hearing from them directly. In your situation, if your sister (Respondent No. 2) is marked as “ex parte,” the court may proceed with the case without considering her objections or defenses. This could impact her because she loses the opportunity to present her side. However, since you are also a respondent and attending court, you can still present your arguments and objections. This may indirectly affect you if any issues or defenses unique to her are no longer represented in the case. To mitigate any negative impact, your sister might be able to apply to set aside the “ex parte” order if she can show a valid reason for her absence. She should consult with a lawyer to understand her options fully.
