Criminal Revision Petition Filled In Session Court

Criminal revision petition is filled. I am respondent and my sister was also respondent number 2. She had not attained court for objection and argument. Now petitioner informed judge to make her as ex- parte in court. What does ex-parte means how it impact her???

If any dependent is not appearing before the court, even after getting the notice from the court, then for X parts order against that defendant And his or her right to defend the case will be closed and no difference will be taken in favour of that defendant and whatever the the prayer done by petitioner in that petition may be granted by court in ex-parte order
