Thanks for the query. Your query is related to the provisions of Maharashtra Co-operative Society Act. As per the provisions of Maharashtra Co-operative Society Act 1960 and rules 1961 you cannot close the balcony with safety grill but you can cover it with asbestos sheet to prevent rain water from entering your house
