Court fees for partition suit between two brothers

What is the court fee stamp or stamp duty we need to pay if we probate the will between two siblingss in Orissa? Since there is no dispute we are also considering filing for partition suit.What would be the court fee then? Does Orissa have a maximum amount?
Under court fee act the court fee stamp depends upon the present valuation of land.so all fees depends upon ur present land valuation and go to ur near sub register office to know ur present land valuation. No odisha have not maximum or minimum the entire valuation depends upon only your land .

Stamp duty for probate of a will is accordingly.
Upto 10000/- it's 2 % of property value .
Upto 20000/- 3% of property
Upto 50000/- it's 4%
Upto 100000/- or above it's 5% and surcharges 50% of the stamp duty
Upto 10000/- it's 2 % of property value .

Upto 50000/- it's 4%

Fixed Court fees worth 300 INR is required to be paid at the time of filing of a partition suit irrespective of the quantity of land and/ or market value. However, after the preliminary decree the actual court fees is required to be paid as assessed , for drawal of the final decree.
