Court Dates Changed Without Intimation

25-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)

It was my third hearing date for dv case today. The opponents did not show up. So the next date given was 29.10.2018. But to my surprise the date on ecourt website shows next hearing on 06.12.2018. how can the dates be changed ? Is it normal ?? I find it suspicious

Dear queriest, as per your query you have been asking for change date on the website instead what you were said on the last date. here there is nothing suspicious its normal practice in the court as they have the burden of maters in that day thereof it may have changed, kindly confirm the same from the court.
