What would be the cost of filing a writ mandamus petition in Bombay high court excluding lawyer fees? My case is against the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative societies who is not willing to take action in spite of orders from the commissioner for co-operation.

If you with to file an civil writ petition before High Court. First You have to approach Advocate. Without study of documents and go through subject matter it is deficult to say professional fees.
