Correction on marksheet of ICSE BOARD

The school and board council is making me ran since 7 months even after getting all the documents corrected documents of my birth but still they are not correcting it. As council is pushing to school and school is pushing to council and i have stuck in between of them. So what to do weather i go to delhi and do legal proceedings or from my city

send a notice addressing to the chairman of the concerned people of the boardregarding the issue and if not received any such reply , then you can file a suit , if you want some further assist do contact me
