Correction of DOB in 10th and Service book

I passed cbse 10th in 2009 and My DOB in 10th certificate was wrong . i applied for correction in 2015 and it got rejected. I approached High Court and High court asked CBSE to correct my certificate as per birth certificate. mean time i joined central government and DOB in service book was same as in 10th mark sheet(in correct one). You can file an affidavit stating your actual D.O.B. And also file applications if necessary. I think your questionnis incomplete and i have to get the documents which you are seeking to correct and all the details
