if an investor wants to invest in a subsidiary of a publically listed company in India, what are the different transactional laws applicable for the same transaction and what are the different corporate governance requirements which the investor/the subsidiary/the holding company have to fulfil?

Well, if an Investor is investing in any Subsidiary of a Public listed Company in India, they have to comply with lots of Compliances of Institutions like SEBI, RBI, BSE or NSE, with which Stock Exchange that particular company is listed.
