Consultation for removal of diagnosis

I require a lawyer to correct fill out the forms to correct my medical documentation since I have been institutionalized recently and the decision was made based on a diganosis I received in the past.

it is pertinent for you to ask the question making sure that the state where you wish to go ahead is the one where you require the lawyer from. Since it is a requirement which requires physical presence of the advocate I advise you to specify the state and the court and I believe that you will get assistance from the legal fraternitu
