Concerns regarding the surname difference between my father and me?

I used saiyyed as surname and my father used syed as surname both are same , For any further issues due to I used saiyyed is my son's surname and all his documents. father used surname:- Syed myself used surname:- saiyyed

It is in your best interest to keep the spelling of surname of you and your family members intact on all Government issued IDs' and Address Proofs, otherwise, you may have to face lot of legal problems .
