Complaint against the person making calls to disturb

sir i am relationship with a girl since 9 months.but now i broke up.but she disturb me by calling.can i file a case aginst her?
There is no such provision in the IPC which prescribes offences for disturbing someone in phone. Depends on the language that is used. If the girl is using filthy language and threatened you, then you can lodge an FIR with the local police station under section 294/506 of the IPC.

Yes you can proceed.but preliminary stage you 1st file FIR your nearest police station against her.why you broke up with her?if police doesn't take any action then you can come to the court.In 1st stage police can help you in this situation.
