Compassionate appointment in SBI rejected

I am the only son of my family.My father was an employee of SBI he expired on 10 June 2022.I was called by SBI bank for compassionate appointment interview on 28 Nov 2022.I was employed with Tcs.I had tendered my resignation from TCS on 17 Nov 2022 and it was accepted on 2 December 2022.But now SBI is rejecting my compassionate appointment stating that I was in service with TCS at the time of my father's death.kindly please help me out weather can I get the job under compassionate appointment.

Dont worry !! Compassionate appointment can be given to a deceased employees sons and daughters in cases of the employees death. First of all during the compassionate appointment what was the scheme of compassionate appointment framed by the bank that has to be seen. Only then a proper legal advice can be given.
