Company compliance roc filling etc.

Hello. My company got registered on 31st December 2021. I was not aware about the compliance filling. Now I searched I'm afraid about the high penalty charges and court case some told me. I'm afraid for shutting down my company. It's one person private limited company. Please help me regarding this.
