Common passage title issue between neighbours

If a case has been put up for common passage dispute and verdict is uncontested dismissed in default then how to reopen the case , kindly explain the procedure and time limit. ( was not contested due family medical emergency and the inefficacy of the lawyer)

If you were the one who had filed the matter in Court then you can opt for new filing of the matter with better cause of action. If you are the one against whom the matter was filed then you can opt for setting aside the order and moving along with the matter.
