College restrict to sit in admit cards for not paying next sem fee.

Sir I have paid the fees for the current semester but the college( private) is demanding the next sem fees and not giving my admit cards if not paid. I have paid the fees of the current semester and exams are also of current semester. Pls help me.

If you have paid fees for the current semester, you cannot be stopped from giving the exam. Although the private universities can compel students to deposit the fees but this is a sheer infringement of a student’s right. You are eligible to complete the current semester. A legal notice can be sent to college with the help of an advocate.
