College restrict to sit in admit cards for not paying next sem fee.

Sir I have paid the fees for the current semester but the college( private) is demanding the next sem fees and not giving my admit cards if not paid. I have paid the fees of the current semester and exams are also of current semester. Pls help me.

You can send a legal notice. An institution cannot deny a student from giving exams in the middle of the semester. Since you have paid the fees of current semester, you cannot be debarred from the exams at present.
