College not giving leaving certificate

I'm currently in 12th and I want to leave my college and take admission in another college, because this college attendance is compulsory and they trouble and target us for silly reason like haircut, books not brought etc... So I wrote an application to the college regarding leaving certificate and I wrote that I'm leaving because of personal reasons... And when they asked why you're leaving I told that my college and class timing doesn't match...and I have already took the admission in another

you can give some specific reason like relocating the house, transfer of parents, etc for application of leaving certificate. The reason that you gave sounds a bit vague and they also have to mention it on the certificate as well. For any further assistance, you may get in touch with me. thank you.
