Filing writ petition in the concerned High Court would bring you immediate relief. Along with the writ petition interim writ petition in the nature of mandamus should be filed. Ground of petition should be framed under article 21, 19 of the Indian constitution

An application before the high court seeking appropriate prayers will get your way through. As simple as it may sound, failure of quick action on your part will invite unnecessary one year academic loss.

you can approach the High Court against the university to stop them from taking any coercive steps against you. a writ petition would have to be filed in the high court for the same. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

You can give this in writing to the college authorities that you will submit the required documents in some time, failing which your admission may be canceled due to non submission of the concerned documents. If they do not pay heed to your request, then you may approach the High Court of competent jurisdiction in order to get favorable orders from the court.

though the college is in proper right not to accept you lr result because if you have lost your TC then it does not take too many days to obtain the fresh one provided you have filed a police case of the loss. there is no legal remedy for you in such a case and if you have been telling the college to wait for a few days for weeks then you are at fault by not getting it at the earliest
