College management not refunding my certificate and amount

I am jannath. And I took admission in Tamil Nadu College of Nursing. Went there for 1 month but had to go back due to some problems. But the management is not willing to return my original certificates or the money I paid (2.5 lacs). Can you give me some help?

You have the right to return of money and certificate. The college authority does not have the right to hold the certificate. If the college authority not giving the certificate you should ask for the certificate with a written request and if the authority not responding to the request you should submit a complaint with a copy of the request notice to the educational department of Tamil Nadu. Then the college authority still holding the certificate you should approach before the high court for the remedy.
