Hello sir, I maked instagram memes id of my college, they caught me, my fee is 6k/sem + scholarship, but now they are asking to pay 27500 rs per semester, please help me
your fee is 6k per semester also scholarship you can file for unfair terms of contract you can go to the civil court to capture it this can be marked as unfair terms of contract are read carefully to ascertain payment of fee

no college can ask you to pay more than what has been actually asked for during the admission time according to the fee mentioned in the regulations of your college.
they can penalise you for making a meme of their college if they find your means offensive , which is well within the rights .
first of all write to the director explaining what went wrong and if you think that they find your memes offensive you can apologize to the authorities but in any case they cannot charge more fees whatever that has been as if it has been ask like this you can file the complaint in the consumer Forum.
