College deny for NOC & Original Document for Internship (1year passed)

Myself Paras, I almost complete BMRIT course in June 2023, from Govt.Doon Medical College, Dehradun. Its timeline is 3 year and 6 month internship in Hospital. My father was passed due to diabetes in 2022 which makes us financially poor. I have to complete my course along with Job in BPO. I passed out from college(2023). I want to complete internship form another hospital near to my job location, but principal deny to give me the NOC and original document they force me do it form here, plz help

Have you signed any bond with the college? If yes, then you need to pay the bond release amount to the college. If not, then we can approach the High Court for immediate relief. We need to talk in detail to understand the issue.
